  • Use Deans Lactose Free milk, try soy, rice or veggie cheese. There are lactose or dairy free products in your grocery store. I am lactose intolerant and am able to eat some dairy, I just can't have a lot. I can eat dairy one time and be fine and the next be sitting in the bathroom for an hour.
