what do you think about dyen ur hair while prego? is it bad?

  • I was told that its only ok during the 2nd trimester, the same with perms.

  • its fine .. alot do it in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

  • you really shouldnt for the first trimester but you can get hightlights cause it doesnt go directly on your scalp.

  • I would check with my doctor first. And if you decide to do it, I would make sure that your in a very well ventilated room so that your not breathing in the chemicals.

  • I got mine done when I was about 6 months. It came out fine, but the fumes were a bit much for me. Not sure I would do it again. My daughter is fine though.

  • I don't remember but I know I checked with my OBGYN so a quick call to yours should clarify it. It's better to be safe then sorry.

  • Highlights (foils) are acceptable. Dye is not recommended. At least that is what my OB told me.

  • im a hairdresser and worked around the smells threw both of my pregnancys and everything was fine the smell can be a little overwhelming at times but it is ok to get foils done.
