2-family shared parking, who should park there? If you and the tenants share parking? Who should be able to park there? Your tentants the neighbors, and there friends. the tenants that pay the rent??? Please answer and describe?? Tenants only???

  • If you share parking the parking should go to whom ever is on the lease and paying. Friends and family should use the street or find another place to park. Its not fair for one tenant to take up the spots when they know they are shared spots

  • Tenants only who pay the rent. Guest should park somewhere else.

  • I don't understand the question. Is it a shared drive with your neighbor? If so then the neighbors, you, and your tenant should be allowed. Obviously the tenant should be able to park their car no matter what...if there is room for both you and the tenant to park, then both of you. If it is extremely limited space, I would make it a rule that all visitors no matter who's visitors they are, should park elsewhere.

  • the ones who may the rent the rest on the street, but if you invite your friends over and parking is limited on the street then maybe park on the street and let your family/friend have your parking spot
