  • Whatever they will eat

  • Just stay away from foods that are choke hazards like nuts (wait til they're two) and from allergy prone foods like peanut butter. Give them anything that they'll eat. My DD is a picky eater so I always have to be inventive and she's allergic to eggs so that doesn't help cuz eggs are in everything.

  • At fourteen months my son had all his teeth, so I fed him anything we were eating that day. He has pretty much always gotten the same meals as us (or as close as possible to it with baby foods). If your child doesn't have all of their teeth yet, you could get those meals by gerber i think and they are in the baby food section. they are like a yellow tray and they go in the microwave for like a minute. My son LOVED those.

  • I have a 14 mo old and she eats whatever I'm eating except for things she could choke on. Just use your motherly instincs and I'm sure it will be fine. My daughter eats ravioli, mac and ch, green beeans, peas, those are just a few things. I also get the gerber graduates like the fruit puffs and ch puffs.

  • My son eats broccoli, zucchini, red pepper, cheese, yogurt, potatoes, chicken, pork chops, grilled cheese, banana, crackers, etc. Pretty much anything we eat, but just cut or broken up into pieces small enough that he won't choke.

  • she's 16 months old now, but has been eating table for since she was about 11 months old. Although we have introduced quite a bit more from then.. by 14 months she was eating what we were eating. I just made sure the food was at the right temperature for her (not to hot/spicy), the right size (be sure to cut up your kids food so they don't choke, ex. Hot dogs cut into quarter size pieces per slice, about a thumbnail size for foods, never bigger). And that it does not contain peanut butter (babies shouldn't have until they are at least 2 years old, 3 if there is a family history of allergies).. or shell fish (see above).
