How old should a baby be before putting them in a jogging stroller?

I'm thinking about buying a jogging stroller, but I'm wondering if a newborn needs to have another stroller because jogging strollers sit them up more?

What age was your lo able to go into a jogging stroller?

  • They're supposed to be able to hold up their heads well... like 5-6 months, especially if you're going to be jogging. If you have a carseat that's also a carrier, you can get a "Snap n' Go" (fits most brands) or if it's a Graco, they have their own version... It turns the carseat into a stroller and is GREAT for the first several months. It folds up really small, light, and is really convenient and not bulky to push around. It's about $60.
