WTH are crunchy moms?

I have a friend who refers to herself as a crunchy mom... and I see the term all the time here on CM... WTH does it mean? I just dont get it I guess...

  • yeah how is cloth diapering any different than disposables when it comes to sanitation- u wash the wash cloths that u use to clean ur butt right? so wuts the dif having to wash cloth thats been on a babys butt? wow

  • I always thought the "crunchy" referred to granola. Like, people who like things all natural tend to like granola... actually I like granola too. It's yummy!

  • Well, because we wipe our butts with flushable toilet tissue. I have never reached over and grabbed a washcloth to wipe my butt after pooping . . . that's what she's saying. But . . . isn't there a disposable part to the cloth diapers also?

  • People obviously sanitize cloth diapers before putting them back on their babies.

    Maybe you should do some research before making such rude all encompassing statements.
