period's after babies

Okay so I recently just had my first baby. I got pregnant after taking provera to give me a period(my hormome's were messed up after getting off birth control). When will I get a period again. I know everyone is different after you have a baby but around when. I have another dose of provera I can take, it's left over from before but I dont want to take it until absolutely needed.

  • Ask your gynecologist, honey. That's your best option.

  • my periods straightened out after my first baby.

Some people have their period right away (within 4-5 weeks) some don't have a period for a year. Breastfeeding can make it longer until you get back to having them
