coconut at gas stations?

Do you think gas station stores would sell shredded coconut? I know they usually have some basic cooking ingredients, I've purchased oil, cocoa and sugar from there, but I am not sure about coconut....it's all I need to make some cookies, but I don't feel like going all the way to the grocery store to get it, so I am thinking about just running to the gas station down the street :) Thanks!!

  • Maybe call them first. I know some gas stations are convince stores, and others just carry basic supplies.

  • Call them! I would just run into the store! FYI I get a large bag and keep mine in the freezer stays for six months that way.
