Does anyone know of a butt exercise video that incorporates weight training with the butt exercises?

I'm trying to build my behind muscles, and looking for a video to follow that uses weight training with it. I follow a video so much better. I see a lot of helpful videos, but none have using weights while working out your behind muscles.

  • lunges can be done with you holding hand weights.
    to lift and firm the quickest fix I have ever had is with a kickboard.
    swim laps of the pool just kicking your legs and using the kick board to stay afloat. If you are doing it right you should start feeling a burn on lap 1 or 2.
    Have you tried and exercise bike with high resistance?
    To build muscle you want high weights or resistance and low reps.

  • nope but squats and lunges with weights will most likely do it for you
