recipe help?

I'm looking for some new and easy recipes. No pork or seafood products please.

Any ideas would be great... Thank you.

  • Not new, but new to me, and easy. Crockpot stew. I'm going to make it Saturday.
Layer chopped (3)carrots, (1)onion, (3)celery, 3 cloves garlic, and then 2 lbs stew meat in crockpot. add 4 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 each dried thyme and basil, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, 1 can beef broth. cover cook on low 8-9 hours. Remove everything but broth and keep warm, discard bay leaf. mix 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup flour, blend in the broth, cook uncovered on high 15 min or until thickened. pour sauce over meat and vegetables.

  • Do you make cereal chicken?

    Chicken breast or thigh
    Ranch dressing
crushed plain cereal (cheerios, corn flakes, as long as its not sweet, it'll be ok)

coat chicken with ranch dressing and then cover with cereal. put in oven at 350 for like 45 mins or until chicken is done.

its like oven fried chicken with a twist. we use cheerios 'cause that's what we have.
