I just moved my hand.... and i had a shock through my wrist and hand.

  • u work with ur hands? i am a hairdresser and sometimes if i move my hand differently than normal, I will get this "pop" sounding in my wrist and immediately my hand and fingers and wrist hurt bad for a few minutes.... i always thought it was a tendon but maybe mine is nerve related too..? good luck i understand... it sucks! does yours hurt too or just shock?
