Did the store have the right to refuse her money?

A lady wanted a birthday cake that said "Happy Birthday Adolf Hilter" they refused to make it.

  • Yes they did. It's obvious she's trying to stir up trouble. If she just asked for the name "Adolf", it wouldn't be a problem. But Adolf Hitler? No way.

  • That was a couple months ago, and not sure if they had right or not, but they did. Some countries certain names are quite common. But why would a parent name their child that?

  • lmfao...they dont have that right..she has her own beliefs and if she believes in this person then they HAVE to make it...thats being prejedice against her beliefs

  • Stores have the right to refuse service to anyone and I doubt they were worried about the amount of money they would lose on that one cake. BTW Hitler's birthday was 4/20 and if this is the second year she requested it, then it probably was 4/20 also!
