BBQ Potluck Party - What should I bring?

Hello!

I'm going to a birthday bbq potluck party this coming saturday, I'm trying to think of what to bring but I'm going blank here. I know people are bringing cake, cookies, tri tip, shrimp, and potatoe salad already. I'm looking for suggestions,

What should I bring?

Thank you!

  • Veggie tray, chips/dip. For that I mix sour cream and salsa. Not alot of salsa, just enough to sour cream to give it some spice, maybe 1/4 cup.

  • BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!

I usually bring sodas and capri suns for the kids. You can possibly bring ice too.

  • How about coleslaw, baked beans, nice rolls or bread, or how about a spinach dip with pita slices?

  • Ask what they are being short on, you don't want to bring twice the stuff. Have fun (for us cafemoms)...lol too.

  • I have a great recipe for a black bean and quinoa salad (healthy, delicious, cheap). I also have a really yummy "slaw" recipe with peanut dressing instead of the usual. Feel free to contact me for the recipes.

  • I always bring something I know my kids will eat. My son is picky so at least I know there is one thing he will eat.

Drinks and ice are usually what we run out of when we have cookouts.
