skin toning?

my skin is begining to look loose. Does exercise help tighten it? Its not bad, but i notice it. A friend says as you loose weight your skin takes longer to restore itself & exercising builds the muscle which fillin in where the fat was and reshapes the skin and retightens it???? Yes or no?

  • weight lifting helps build and tone muscles which will help the sagging.
