Potato Salad?

Does anyone know any good recipes for potato salad. Im supposed to bring tomorrow and I have no clue how to make it.

  • cube some potatoes, boil them until soft, drain them, put in a big bowl, add some onions, dill relish, mustard and mayo salt &black pepper.....

  • that is the same recipe i have , and i love it so very much....start w/ a little mustard tough admayo cause it is easy to add to much. i would say like start with 1/2 c. mayo( i use miracle whip) and a tsp. mustard and go from there. oh, about 5lb. potatos?

  • yeah i use 5lbs of potatoes, but i don't measure, i just "eyeball" it then taste LOL

  • i am not a measuring kind of girl, unless im baking then i am . i think i use 5 lbs. as well lol who knows..
    I made the most amazing choco chip cookies last night...wow! lol

  • Yankee Potato Salad
    4 lb. Russet potatoes (about 8 potatoes)
    1 TB + 2 tsp. salt
    4 TB cider vinegar OR pickle juice
    3 large eggs, hard boiled -- 2 chopped, 1 sliced
    1/2 cup + 2 TB mayonnaise or Nayonaise
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    3/4 cup celery, finely diced
    1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
    1/2 cup onion, finely diced
    1/4 cup sweet or dill pickles, finely diced
    1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
    2 TB chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    1 tsp. paprika

  • Cut the small new red potatoes in half and cook. Let cool. Add a bottle of ranch salad dressing, scallions and crumbled crispy bacon. Season with salt and pepper. That's it, super easy and yummy.

    Otherwise, I chunk up reguar potatoes, cool. Add mayo, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, hardboiled eggs and pickle relish or chopped celery and chopped onions. Mix all together. I do it by sight and taste, no measurements, sorry.

    has the recipe I'd use, I just add peas to mine on top of that. (my family always adds peas to their salads. lol).
