what should i eat non fattening during the day

Is there anything i can drink or eat that wont meke me fatt and will keep me full until my lunch time at 2? im looking for some type of snack?

  • Drink 8 or more 8 ounce glasses of water

    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables in a rainbow of colors

    Eat 7 servings of whole grains

    Eat Beans

    Be healthy and have a healthy family

  • protien will tide you over for longer...a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit.

  • Ditto on the protein making you feel full longer. Same with fiber.

    Celery ribs spread with low fat cream cheese and topped with nuts or sunflower seeds

    Mixed nuts

    low fat string cheese

    Sugar free lowfat yogurt

    Lowfat cottage cheese sprinkled with cinnamon and a bit of sweetener

    and make sure you eat breakfast with some source of protein and lots of fiber!

  • Ensure...comes in 3flavors - strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. Plus you would be getting proper vitamins, Plus, it tastes good. One can instead of food at meal times will keep you full. Good luck. Of course nothing can replace the nourishment received from fruit, vegetables, etc.
