Power of Attorney???

How can I get a Power of Attorney and how much does it cost? Husband going to the Navy.

  • The military will provide that for you for free. Go to legal, your husband should have information on this or know someone who does. It is required before they deploy that they have a will so while they are there they can get a power of attorney. My DH got one for me before he deployed.

  • They fill out all the paperwork and everything before they deploy; I had Power of Attorney when my hubby went on deployment.
