How do you convert?

What are the steps to convert in your church? I know the Catholic church might take 9 months to a year to convert where some Churches it is just a short process. What is the hardest religion to convert into?

  • If you want to become a mormon you take missionary lessons(there were 7 not sure if that number has changed or not) you get interviewed and then you get baptized.

  • Christianity (Protestant) must be the easiest. Conversion is as simple as saying (and TRULY believing) "I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe that God has raised him from the dead" (which is the method of salvation given in Romans 10:9). Conversion done. Period. :-)

  • Joining a church is different (you can be a Christian and even attend church without having to join a specific church or denomination). To join my denomination as an official "member" of the church/denomination, you have to take 5 classes.

  • It can take years to convert to Judaism. It is pretty individualized though.
