WHERE CAN I FIND HELP FOR A TEEN MOM?

I HAVE JUST TAKEN IN A HOMELESS 18 YEAR OLD GIRL WITH A 9 MONTH OLD BABY BOY.THE BABY HAS NOTHING,VERY LITTLE CLOTHES,NO TOYS,CRIB,ECT,WHERE CAN I FIND HELP? ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I COULD FIND HER A HOME? SOME KIND OF TEEN MOM HOUSING OR PROGRAM?

  • Contact your local crisis pregnancy center. The have clothes, diapers, formula, and a host of other resources for young mothers and young pregnant girls.

  • Contact your local city hall for a referral to a social services agency. A nearby religious institution (mosque, church, synagogue) would also be able to refer you. You can also contact a hospital chaplain.

  • My state has centers for women and children who have been battered, etc. Maybe there is something in your state that has the same thing.

  • 1st- very admorable
    2nd- find a crisis pegnancy center in your area, they know all the local recourses and will help and will also give her some stuff for baby
