  • Our daughter is 5 months and we just got her a highchair and she fits in it good with the seat belt, we could not use the seat belt as well but she wobbles a little . They can usually sit up by themselves around 6-months.

  • Mine both didn't do it without falling till around 7 months, and high chairs worked ok before then but weren't really comfortable until around then.

  • Well every child is different but most babies do it between 6-9 months. My oldest started to sit up at 7 months and my second started at 10 months since he was a preemie. Now my third son, he just turned a year and he's not sitting up by himself just yet. He's a preemie as well, so I know it will take time.
