  • im with the ladies on watered down juice. definitely 100% juice though, not the extra sugary stuff. if your kiddo is anywhere near as active as mine, im sure you already know that though. :)

    Juice/water mixed (limited amounts, mixed 50/50)


    Come to think of it, mine are 5, 3 and 2 years and that's still all they drink! lol

  • Water, and milk. I dont give her juice. Fruit is better for her.

  • I give my son juice called "Motts for Tots". It is watered down juice with less sugar.
