Is there anything I can give my 11 month old for allergies?

(It is allergy season in Las Vegas, with super winds) My son's upper lip is swollen, his eyes are red and swollen, he is tugging at his ears. My husband kept the doors open all day and it seems the high concentration of pollen is probably being brought in from the wind and the dogs....

(Yes I closed the doors and turned the A/C on instead)
