Not exactly sure what you are asking but yes if you don't have a licenses and you drive a car (whether it is in your name or not doesn' matter) and you get pulled over then yes you will be arrested. In my town, the bond is $300 cash or $750 property bond. Then the fine is $1500 on top of that. My husband is a booking officer and he gets at least 1-2 people a night in for not having their drivers licenses. My suggestion is if you don't have a license then don't drive.
