What can you do to ease the pain of an extremly painful period?

I had a tubal ligation after my last baby was delivered three and a half months ago. I just now had my first period and I have been in bed all day doubled over with cramps and barely any blood. I've taken motrin, tylenol and am using a heating pad. It hurts sooooo bad.

  • Yeah deffinately call doc!!! That much pain motrin is not going to touch!!! Hang in there, your a tough cookie! The doc can get you meds that actually work on that kind of pain and do not mask it or undermine the pain express yorself 125%! They don't know what you feel so your going to have to spell it out to them!!! Good luck and best wishes!!!!!!
