early labor?

what does the early onset of labor feel like?
can anyone give me an idea of symptoms i may experience etc...

is it when you get pain/ pressure so bad you feel like you have to take a giant poop? (TMI..but its the best way i can describe it)

  • thats what i felt as i was pushing. keep in mind i was induced and got an epidural sorry i cant be more help

  • lol the contractions were close, and painful... my experience wasnt too bad though. but the best way i can explain it, is contractions mixed with severe constipation.... i felt like i was shitting out a football lol. lots of lower back pressure and lower back pain.

  • That's what it feels like when you have to push. Contractions feel like really bad menstrual cramps that last a few minutes and keep coming every few minutes. They hurt so bad it sometimes takes your breath away and if your walking you have to stop until they pass. If you aren't at least 37 weeks along i would call the doctor immediately because early labor could cause serious health problems for the baby. Good luck.
