  • yeah anywhere between 4-8 months. some babies are really quick crawlers and others are slow. don't worry your baby will crawl when he/she is ready

  • Usually between 6 and 8 months. Some babies do skip crawling though and go right to standing and cruising around furniture. So don't be alarmed if your baby does that.

  • what everyone else said, but I have a funny tidbit. My best friend's sis was such a germaphobe at a young age that she wouldnt crawl because she thought the floor was too dirty.

  • my DD is 8 months and has no desire to even try....anyway, did you know that crawling is not considered a milestone?? I thought it was, but I guess I wouldn't worry too much about it.

  • Crawling is not a milestone (thank you, T. Berry Brazelton), and many babies never crawl. I don't understand why parent are so eager to have mobile children! You have to watch them every second that they are awake.
