Abdominal pain and breast tenderness

I have: endometriosis, cysts on my ovaries, have had 2 c-sections which caused scar tissue which was already removed, my ovaries bleed during ovulation, and I have had my tubes tied for about 7 years. I have been having extreme pain in my lower abdomen. I just finished a 6 month course of Depo Lupron to treat my endometriosis around November of 2008. These pains are sharp, stabbing. I have a general feeling of heaviness (like I'm carrying a ball in my uterus) at all times. My periods are not as heavy as before Lupron, but there is still a huge amount of clotting. My breasts are extremely sore to the touch nearly all the time. The nipples are extended, hard, and I LITERALLY CRY if they are touched. I have already tried switching detergent/fabric softener. Any ideas on what this could be? (BTW, already tried a HPT, it came back negative. I'm still having periods every month.)

  • But why would it still be going on months later? It just started about a month ago.
