  • When they turn over on their bellies and try get their legs bending and going. They will attempt, normally, to lift theirselves slightly with putting one leg under theirselves. Its definitely a process you will recognize, its way too cute. They kind of scoot.

  • One of the first signs of crawling is when they get up on their hands and knees and move forward. J/K Some kids never really crawl, some kinda army crawl, some get all the way up and go.Some babies will get on their hands and knees and rock (usually a sign that they will crawl soon), and then never get around to crawling that way.

  • Able to roll over, able to get up on hands and knees.
Keep in mind that not all babies crawl. Those that do might do it as early as 4 months or as late at 11.

  • most of them start by rolling over by themselves. After that every baby is different. Some start by scooting forward. Some start backwards, or go in circles. Some never crawl. They normally start off slow. Some with an army like crawl, until their muscle build up more. Next think you know they will be zooming all over the place. Once they get how to crawl, prepare for baby proofing things you never thought of before, because they will find it, lol.
