my 5 month old lil girl eats 4 oz every 2-3 hrs & if i try to feed her more she doesnt eat more..is this normal

  • yes its normal do not force any food on her when she is hungry again she will let you know her little belly is only so big and you do not want to stretch it

  • I agree w/ Anonymous. Sounds to me like she's eating pretty darn good for a 5mo old. Talk to your pediatrician about how much food & formula/breast milk she should be consuming.

  • my 5 month old eats 6 oz every 4 hours so I think your daughter is fine :)

  • oh yeah. feed her on demand, she'll be guzzling 6 and 8 oz bottles before you know it but not a moemnt before she is ready

  • yeah its fine. my baby is the same age. but shes a porker. mine eats a whole bottle plus food. but shes not fat. lucky girl. lol but dont sweat it. your baby knows when shes hungry
