Shouldn't the GOP stop filibustering the Health and Human Services positions now that there is a major health issue?

  • When Bush was assembling his cabinet everyone was saying "A President has a right to his cabinet..." and so on. Apparently, this president is not entitled to the same thing as the red president was. Even in the face of a possible major outbreak of sickness.

  • Not unless the right person is being appointed to the position. I am sure Dems would love nothing more than for the GOP to roll over and play dead.

  • So, the Dems get to do it, but the Rep should just roll over and "Do the right thing?"

Maybe Obama should do the right thing and nominate someone the Rep. approve of.

  • Sebilius is friends with George " the baby killer" Tiller. He does late term abortions in fact he specializes in them. He was one of the doctors that used the partial birth method. He has also killed a few moms. She should not be confirmed she had tax troubles and she is very good friends with someone so low.

So now we should not nominate people who KNOW doctors that perform abortions? ......

Why is THAT the right thing? The republican approved of W and look where that got us! We're in shambles because of him and now the republicans are attacking everything O does to repair the damage. Republicans won't be happy until they've totally destroyed this country by every means possible. War, economic collapse, and now trying to keep us impotent in the face of a disease out break. Nice work guys.
