  • You can ask your doctor for prilosec; that's what I was on durring the pregnancy with my twins.

  • Prob Not. Once it starts it usually doesnt stop. Try milk. Dont eat anything with a lot of grease.

  • I practically lived on Tums from 6 mos on. I feel your pain. My heartburn is back with a vengence and I'm trying to get pregnant.

  • Probably not. I had it really bad in the 1st trimester (what I thought was bad.) Boy was I proven wrong in the 3rd trimester, especially towards the end. It went away immediately in the days after I delivered though.

  • I can't do milk it makes me sick, i have to use Tums and FYI dont eat greasy or spicy foods that is the food that usually keeps me up puking!

  • I didn't have heartburn during pregnancy, but it started as soon as my son was born and hasn't stopped (yeah, I have no idea why that happened, but oh well...). I take tums, seems to work best for me. Applesauce works for me too (I just eat a couple spoonfuls and it helps, really).
