  • It's not about panicking, it's about using some common sense when out and about during your day. Wash your hands as often as possible, especially when in contact with others, if you cough then cough into your arm, not your hand...same goes if you sneeze. Just be cautious.

    You should definitely be aware though. This flu has the potential to be come a pandemic, just like the flu that killed so many in 1918. We've come a long way since then, but it still requires people to use their heads and practice some good old fashioned common sense.
