  • you should get away. go get pampered for a day. facial, massage, nails, hair...whatever. if you want to relax at home, take a warm bubble bath, take deep breaths and try not to think of anything...or just visualize yourself somewhere else. take a walk in the park.

  • There really isn't much you can do to fix it. Try to take an hour a day for yourself. I used to take a bubble bath or read a book. I blame it on the hormones because i have felt like that with all my pregnancies. Good luck!

  • like the first poster said do something to make you feel good about yourself. we all go through it one time i had a total melt down over how the house looked it was clean and picked up but i needed to wash the walls because the last people to live here smoked inside so you can imagine the stained yellow everywhere and i just didnt have the energy to do it totally broke down in tears
