What is the best natural cure for pregnacy related.......

  • Are you drinking enough water? at least 8 8oz glasses a day. Meat and dairy don't have fiber, so cut back or eliminate them (if you are concerned about calcium, read this: http://www.pcrm.org/health/prevmed/strong_bones.html).
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits (not banana) and vegetables.
    No white foods! No white rice, no white bread, no white noodles. Eat 7 servings of whole grains a day: brown rice, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, whole grain bread, you get the idea.
    Eat beans and lentils: lots of fiber, protein and iron.

    1) a pound of green grapes and a big glass of water
    2) an 8 ounce glass of warm prune juice and a big glass of water
