  • i wouldn't think the oil would get hot enough, a crock pot is supposed to cook slow and fried chicken isn't really something you can cook slow...unless i'm totally wrong in that case, oopps

  • Fried chicken is just that FRIED. The oil wont get hot enough and that defeats the frying part of it.

  • Yes... but it usually don't LOOK like traditional fried chicken. It's still good though.

  • A crock pot cooks things sloowly, It does'nt work very well as a deep fryer.lol

  • YUCK! You cant fry anything without grease! There are many recipies that say "baked fry chicken". It's not fried. It's baked with crunchy things all on it , and it's not the same.
