Has anyone ever cooked brownies with black beans?

I just tried this today. So far I've only tasted the batter (the brownies are cooking in the oven) and it's amazing!

  • I just had one and they are very good. I would compare them more to fudge than cake brownies, and very rich.

  • Would you mind posting the recipe! I always buy black beans cause I love them in a salad I make, but I never know what to do with the rest of the can. This might give me something to do!
