Has anybody ever joined a Quick Gym?

It is a gym that uses a ROm machine and takes 4 minutes upper then 4 minutes lower. Also if so what reaults have you got?

  • I am doing that right now 2-3 times a week. In the past month I am much tighter, I have more engergy and have lost 7 lbs.
