  • At my daughter's baby shower recently I had everyone make a list of songs with BABY in the title. Whoever came up with the most titles won. Another game was the BABY GIFT BINGO game where everyone had to fill a bingo card with items they thought the MOM would be getting as a gift that day. But once they finished filling in their card, we had them all pass their card to the left.

  • You can time everyone on diapering a baby doll, or a sack of flour. You can pass around a roll of toilet paper and have everyone take off as much as they think will go around the pregnant woman's belly. You can string up a clothes line, and put lots of clothes pins on it. Each person puts on gardening gloves and takes off as many pins as they can, without putting any down. Of course, the one with the fastest time, most accurate measurement and most pins wins.

  • Get a few cloth diapers and get a few different candy bars. Melt one candy bar per diaper. Have each member guess by smelling what each candy bar was before they were melted....NO TASTING. One with the most right gets a prize. Have everyone at the door recieve a plastic cheap keychain size baby bottle or pacifer and tell the rule.: If you see someone crossing the legs you can take their pacifer the one with the most at the end wins. Get small baby bottles and fill them with water.....who ever finishes the fastest wins. Hope this helped.

  • There is the clothes pin game, where everyone is given a clothes pin when they walk in the door and not allowed to say "Baby". Whoever hears someone say it gets to take their clothes pin, and the person at the end of the shower with the most pins gets a prize.

There is the baby animals game, in which a list of animals is given and the guests have 1 minute to correctly identify the baby name (i.e. lion baby is a cub, fox baby is a kit, etc.)

There is the string game, in which a measurement is taken of moms belly with a string and everyone tries to guess how long it is.

There is the memory game in which a basket full of baby items is shown, and guests have 1 minute to write down everything that they saw.

  • I thought this was fun at my sisters shower. It is basically a matching game. With a big peice of posterboard. They had, say, 10 different matchig items (just the word) covered with a post it. When someone made a match the post its were removed from those two items. In this game it was with candy bar names. So when someone had a match they got the candy bar (cheap prize) For example: 2 baby ruth matches gets you a babyruth candy bar.....

  • i too have also heard of the "not say baby"game.give everyone a necklace, or clothespin and if someone hears another saying baby, they take their pin or necklace..the person at the end of the party with the most gets the prize

i have also heard of people playing "baby drop"...which you take a jar (with a good sized hole at the top) and place it on the floor.Have each person waddle to the jar with a potatoe (baby) between their knees.then they have to stand above the jar and try to let the "baby"drop into it.the person who gets it into the jar wins.
