  • Enjoy the time when they are little bitty, they grow SUPER quick. Even though you are tired of getting up at night and cant wait till they walk and talk, slow DOWN!!

Enjoy every stage they are at and dont rush it.

Sorry, that was more than one piece of advice. lol

  • do everything at your own pace. dont put yourself last. the housework can wait.

  • Anything that you want to do, doesn't matter anymore. Whether it's showering, eating, sleeping, etc. If they want to eat the minute you sit down, guess what, you're eating later! They come first no matter what. It's so worth it though. Every minute of it.

  • put your kids first and dont worry about the baby weight it will go away as long as you are happy

  • It's not easy being a mother from the moment you give birth till the moment they leave home and as my FIL says you still worry about your adult children also. Little kids, little problems, Big kids, Big problems. It's so true. My husband told his sister once, "Once the baby comes out of you it's all yours."

  • Don't take advice from strangers. :-)

  • Remember that one day they will have their own lives, so don't forget about you, and if you have an SO, or Husband dont' forget about them or your relationship. If your kids see you have a healthy happy relationship then they will hopefully have one some day too...
    Sorry that was 2.
