  • no. by the time they come out with one it will all be over with. i assume the shot for swine flu will work about as well as all other flu shots....not very well.

  • If it is well tested and shown to be safe then yes, I will get it if the CDC recommends it before next flu season. It's too late for it this time.

  • I was pregnant when I got the shot in 1976 and I was okay (so was my daughter). I'll get the shot this time if the flu is still a big threat and if there is no shortage of vaccine.

  • They just said on the news tonight that a vaccine for it wouldn't be available untill the fall anyway. Of course i'm concerned for my son....especially since there are now two confirmed cases of it just 45 minutes away and several unconfirmed cases in the Niagara Falls area (about 15-20 minutes North of Buffalo, where I live)! So, it's come close to home, but at the same time i'm not buying masks and freaking out, just washing our hands as usual!
