Continue to drink plenty of water. When you think you've drank enough, drink more. Not only does this help your milk supply but it will also help you lose water weight gain, which can be a few pounds. The next benefit is that it helps keep the colon clear so that you lose belly bulk, which can be upwards of an inch or so.
I would walk everyday strolling the baby briskly. Go on a morning walk right before you want baby to nap, and then again either before dinner, which is best, b/c your body will burn the fat that is already attached rather than after the meal which will use the food to fuel the energy. Although, after dinner walks are good too.
These walks will not only benefit you, but baby will get vit. d from the sunshine, fresh air, and the stimulation that will help baby use energy. Be sure and talk about everything you see, even if little One is young. They will enjoy your voice and interaction. :)
