  • I would LOVE term limits, but they are obviously never going to vote them in - who wants to give up the power and the sweet retirement deal? however, we can FORCE term limits on them - vote out the incumbent regardless of party in EVERY election. Make them work for us in order to keep their cushy job. I'm sick of paying them to NOT represent me.

  • No. If someone is doing a good job, why should they have to change. Even the President. You can always vote them out... thats democracy.

  • YES. We have alcoholics who don't show up for votes, and they keep getting reelected.

    Grandmarga, would you eliminate term limits for presidents as well? That is what Saddam Hussein did....
