Does anyone have any really good smoothie recipes?

I really like them and want to make them at home for the summer. Thank you.

  • So fattening, but Vanilla Ice Cream, fresh or frozen strawberries, a banana if you want. I think that's all! I blend the fruit first so it's easier to blend the ice cream into it.

  • I just buy a bag of frozen assorted fruit, dump some in a blender, add a banana, some milk and 5 ice cubes and blend. Yummy! I drink one every day. In fact, I just finished my daily one.

  • i use Vanilla Yogurt Ice Cream, Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Rasberries, Frozen Blueberries, and Bananas..... If it gets to thick i use a little apple juice or orange juice

  • Frozen berries, wheat grass or wheat germ, couple ice cubes, plain or vanilla yogurt, and honey if its too tart for your tastes. Blend the fruit, wheat, and ice first then add the other stuff. YUMMY!

  • I use frozen berries, a banana, yogurt and because I'm menopausal I use soy milk.  I also add a little brown sugar, vanilla and flax seeds (for the extra nutrition).

  • I toss in about 3 frozen strawberries, dab or two of non-fat vanilla yogurt, V8 Splash Lite (strawberry-banana flavor), 1/2-whole banana and 3-4 ice cubes. Drink one almost everyday on my way to work.
