is this normal?

My 10 month old was crawling around today and was looking in the mirror at her cute little self lol and all of a sudden she started hitting her head off the mirror/gate. Is that normal i mean it wasnt hard like she was trying to hurt herself just bumping it....it that normal??

  • Yeah, I think it's an issue with the fact that they are developing their depth perception. My daughter is 11 months, she's been walking for a month now & she still does that some times. Like she still isn't sure how close she actually is.

  • My sister when she was that age, kept looking behind the mirror to see where that baby was. Maybe she's (your DD) is trying to get to the baby?!?
