children breakfast shakes?

my kiddo who is 2 doesnt really like to eat anything in the morning but will drink plenty. i was wondering if there are any breakfast shakes for kids out there?

  • Make yogurt smoothies........super simple. Frozen berries/fruit a cup of yogurt and alittle ice. PUt it in a blender and smooth may want to add alittle sugar while smoothing.

    They have breakfast drinks you can add a banana and some ice too. Blend to desired thickness.

  • Carnation has some you mix with milk or come in a juice box...check the yogurt section for drinkable yogurts.

  • My kids love the yogurt drinks, the carnation instant breakfast and the smoothies. One of their favorite smoothies that I make is banana, peanut butter and jelly. I just take some ice, 1 or 2 bananas, some milk, and a little peanut butter and jelly and blend it all together. They love it!

  • Buy some bananas on the sale rack. Take them home and peel and cut into 1" chunks. Freeze for smoothies and banana muffins.
    Our main breakfast smoothies is frozen blueberries, frozen banana, plain yogurt, apple juice or soy milk or rice milk or?, dash of maple syrup, a kale leaf. Throw it in the blender and you have a great, balanced meal.
