  • I always like to go with a blue button down collared shirt with back pants.

  • You can't go wrong with black slacks. Any type of sweater, dress shirt or pullover shirt would do. Make sure you don't reveal too much skin though. Also, a simple pair of khakis are always good too.

  • You should always wear a suit to a first interview, or at least a nice skirt or pair of pants with a coordinated jacket. Be sure to bring several copies of your resume, along with a prepared list of questions to ask.

  • Dress for the job ABOVE yours! A suit; nice KNEE-LENGTH skirt and blouse buttons ABOVE cleavage and a blazer. Little-to-NO jewelry! If you are wearing earrings, make them studs. If you are wearing anything on your wrist, make it a watch. If you are wearing a ring, make it your wedding set or ONE single ring.

Keep your makeup light and elegant. Do not fidget with your hair. Low heeled shoes or flats.

No perfume. Many people cannot stand to be swamped with cloying perfumes, so don't wear any. If you have scented body wash that gives a light, fresh scent, that should be okay.
