Everytime I try to excerise my lower admonen (im still pregnant) hurts and cramps up, what can i do to ease the pain?

  • If it is hurting you you should stop doing it. I don't know if there's gonna be much good coming from working out your stomach, as it is just going to get bigger and more uncomfortable anyways...but if you are in pain than you should stop.

  • your not supposed to be working your abs anyways your pregnant so it does no good either and if it hurts stop i agree you obviiously are doing something wrong .

  • Thats what happened to me to...sooo I just walked every day for like 30 minutes! when it would start to hurt I knew my workout was done!
