can i lose weight doing this?

could i lose weight working out only 10 min a day like 3 days a week? or am i wasting my time?

  • Yup, any exercise will help you lose weight but you also need to trim out the junk and slowly reduce your caloric intake if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off.

  • Do daily stretches. Do NOT drink ANY soda pop. Limit yourself on sweet teas, fruit juices, etc... Drink 1/2 your body weight in water each day, 24 oz of it should have 6tsp of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in it about 3-4 times a week. Have good posture. Eat breakfast EVERY DAY, even if it is something small. Eat in moderation. Drink a laxative tea 2 x's a month. The pounds you lose may be small but they will stay off.

  • 20 minutes of aroebic activity 3 times a week. At least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. 7-8 ervings of fruits and vegetables every day in at least 3 colors. 7 servings of whole grains a day. Cut way back on dairy and meat, eat beans and lentils.

  • I say something is better than nothing and if you reduce your caloric intake you will see the weight shed off slowly!

  • I read somewhere that 10 minutes exercise three times a day (to meet the quota of 30 minutes exercise) is ideal. I cannot see how ten minutes exercise three times a week would benefit you. Maybe you wouldn't be wasting your time seeing as some exercise is better than no exercise at all, but I doubt you'd lose weight or build much of a muscle tone. You would have to be using more calories than you're consuming. www.sparkpeople.com is a good website to get you on track. Good luck.
