  • Yes, tears actually release hormones that will make you feel better. Ever have to cry and not know why? Its because your brain has an overload even if you don't realize it and needs to release some of it.

  • I agree with everyone else - crying is a great release of pent-up emotions. It can be thought of as a sort of purging where you feel so much better once you are finished.

  • Yes, they do! If nothing else it is a great stress reliever...it isually gets me hugs fomr my DS! :)
