  • The fact is they DON'T have that right. It is our government that overlooks our own laws enabling them to. Typical hypocritical government......

  • We have laws that are supposed to keep this from happening. People are welcome to come here if they do so in accordance with those laws. Unfortunately, we have a Government that picks and chooses which laws it will enforce when it is convenient and it turns a blind eye when it is in the best interests of an agenda--usually when a few politicians and their good ole boys stand to benefit financially or to gain position. Then we have our own citizens--we can blame ourselves too--for not being proactive. When a group of people whines enough about a law not being fair and they start protesting then you get the bleeding heart/this can work to my benefit politicians jumping on the band wagon and then we see the law being changed to help the whiners. However, rarely do we see a group of people protesting because the Government is not enforcing a law when it should. We need to take responsibility for our laws.

  • Well if the world of legals people would get off there ass and work than other countries would not have to come do your job for you.......

  • Well, if we didn't have employers breaking the law and hiring illegals because they will work for less than the legal minimum wage, more legals would be working those jobs. And I don't want to hear that citizens think they are too good to do the jobs that illegals will do. There is still a legal way to be in this country and work.

  • Under the current laws they don't.

It's enforcing those laws that's been grossly neglected.
